As a Seasonal Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with sales, and ensuring that the store is well-organised during the busy seasonal period.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Actively promote products through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
Maintain an organised and tidy store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling.
Provide support in managing inventory and restocking items as necessary.
Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when dealing with customer calls or inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
A keen interest in sales and an aptitude for upselling products will be beneficial to succeed in this role.
