Job Description
Saturday Farm Shop Assistant
7 hours per week
Working Hours
Saturday: 8:45am - 4:00pm
(including 30 minutes lunch break)
Job Responsibilities:
Setting the shop up for the day's business Packing the shop up at the end of the day Serving the customers in the shop to a high level of customer service Keeping all lines in the shop topped up and presentable Monitoring and Recording Temperature Controls Keeping the shop clean and tidy Keeping the surrounding area to the shop clean and tidy Maintaining a good standard of hygiene within chilled and frozen areas Assistance in sharing events on social media Ordering in stock for the shop Checking off orders when they arrive Clearing short-dated stock Managing stock to minimise waste Recording shop waste Assistance in organising events in the shop Promoting events to customers
Extra hours may be required for events within the farm shop, during busy periods we are happy to offer you additional hours
Ability to commute/be dropped off - suitable for a young person.
