Job Description

Using your specialist product and market knowledge, you'll contribute to hmv's success through providing first class customer service, merchandising and replenishing stock.
Please note, you must be able to work the hours advertised over the Christmas period.

We are specifically looking for individuals who are able to support our on line fulfilment tasks over peak trading. Any experience in warehouse work, picking and packing parcels and working to close deadlines in a high pressure situation will be prioritised for selection.
Strong communication skills and commitment is required to meet the demands of the store. You will be fully trained to a high standard and work along side a small team of people.
Customer service and experience working with the general public will also be an advantage.
Whilst the contract is for 5hrs per week initially these hours will be increased dramatically in November and December as we enter into Christmas. We do require
fully flexible
hours across 7 days of trade.If you enjoy a challenge and would like the opportunity to expand your interpersonal skills and work experience in a busy retail environment this position could be for you.
