Scotvapes is a family run vibrant company which began in 2015, so far consisting of 8 locations all over Scotland. We are looking for a team member who has our key objectives at heart which is to enhance Scotvapes place as a leading, trusted brand in Scotland's e-cigarette industry.

We are seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join the team in our Montrose store to cover Maternity Leave until September 2026. Contract consisting of 12 hours per week with occasional over time.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, commitment to continuously expand vaping knowledge, outgoing personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Responsible and personalised sales of e-liquid and hardware Day to day maintenance of shop appearance including cleaning and restocking Providing the best possible product information and advice to customers Ensuring compliance with health and safety and TPD legislation Enforcing age verification policies Cash handling Stock taking and date checking Dealing with customer queries and complaints

Essentials

Availability to open and close the store (Opening hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm - 4pm Sunday) Flexibility as shifts may differ week to week (expected shifts 2-3 days per week) Currently vaping and have at least 1 year experience
