As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience while supporting our sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to encourage purchases. Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Assist customers with inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in upselling or sales is advantageous. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak periods. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. A friendly and approachable demeanour, ensuring customers feel valued and welcomed.
