As we start to get into the festive spirit where our Christmas ranges are on full display on the shop floor, we are now recruiting for a hardworking and flexible individual to join the seasonal cheer at our Downtown Boston store and help deliver our customers a Christmas full of joy and warmth.
Starting 23 November, this temporary role will run until 3 January. For the duration of the fixed-term, there will be an opportunity to apply for any permanent roles that arise within the Company.
Hours are between 6-18 per week worked over two or three days and require you to adopt a flexible approach to working shifts and times. There will be a need to work weekends in line with our busiest trading times.
You will focus on providing a superb customer experience whilst serving our customers, exceeding their expectations with friendliness and warmth, building rapport and assisting with purchases. Primarily working on our busy till banks, you should have excellent communication skills and particular enthusiasm for our seasonal products across our giftware, food and drink, cosmetics / fragrance and toys sections.
Previous experience gained in a similar retail environment would be beneficial.
