Responsibilities:
Uphold the Ralph Lauren brand image through exceptional customer service and polished presentation.
Create memorable and magical moments for every guest, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
Maintain shop floor standards by keeping areas tidy, organised, and visually inviting.
Support the wider team during peak trading by assisting customers, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store environment reflects the brand's luxury heritage.
Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence throughout the festive season.
Qualifications:
. Confident, friendly, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
. A positive, approachable attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
. Must be available for the entire duration of the activation period
December 10th - 3rd January.
. Previous retail, hospitality, or event experience preferred but not essential.
