had launched as a pioneer in the clean fragrance space and was looking to refine its position in the market. Chriselle was exploring what it meant to enter a new chapter after divorce, and was looking for a new challenge professionally.

, a pure, provocative and undeniably familiar scent which went viral on TikTok and remains one of the brands best selling fragrances to date.

THE JOB ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a full time

Sales Associate

to join the team at

PHLUR

, in the Beauty Workshop at

Selfridges, Oxford Street

. We are looking for a fragrance loving individual with prior experience in luxury retail. The ideal Sales Associate would be an adaptable and enthusiastic candidate, who is a sales-driven individual with a zest for life, a positive disposition, a strong storytelling ability and a love for building authentic client relations with both local and international consumers. The role offers the successful candidate the chance to work in the iconic flagship Selfridges store for an exciting, on trend niche fragrance brand, while providing the opportunity to build relationships with staff, managers and customers in the fast paced Beauty Workshop and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bringing energy & optimism to every interaction

Building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients, fellow staff and managers

Delivering passionate and engaging customer experiences

Retaining and exhibiting brand and product knowledge

Ensuring sales targets & agreed KPI's are achieved

Always adhering to the highest professional standards

Recording and reporting accurate daily sales figures and any insights

Maintaining VM and cleaning standards

Operating cash registers, processing payments and handling cash without discrepancies or errors

Assisting with stock management
