Role:
Selling Products/Services: The primary role of a salesman is to sell a company's products or services. This involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting products that meet those needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers is key. A salesman often acts as the face of the company, fostering trust and loyalty.
Market Research: Salesmen often gather feedback from customers and observe market trends to help the company understand customer needs and preferences better.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying potential customers through various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
Generating and qualifying leads to build a pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conducting presentations and demonstrations to show how the product or service meets the customer's needs.
Tailoring the presentation to address the specific concerns and requirements of the customer.
Negotiating and Closing Sales:
Discussing pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
Handling objections and overcoming barriers to secure a sale.
Customer Service and Follow-Up:
Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Following up with customers to address any issues, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the company.
Continuously working to improve sales techniques and strategies to increase revenue.
Reporting and Documentation:
Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Providing regular reports to management on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.

Employment Condition

Annual Salary: ?30,000 + /year
Recruitment : Full-time after 6 month probation period (can be extended if the performance were not satisfied)
Holiday: 24 days plus UK Bank Holidays
