Salary:

Basic salary plus sales commission, uncapped

Role:

Dealing with enquires, register clients. Arrange, undertake viewings and convert viewings into offers Manage property listings Negotiate offers & close deal. Prepare and issue sales memo. Generate new business Advising applicants regarding the full sales process Prepare sales related documents and bookkeeping Take control of sale progression for both buyers and vendors Providing regular market and sales updates Deal with all sales related tasks General office duties

Requirement:

Must be able to speak Korean, as per job role requires Excellent command of English Must be able to work autonomously and be a part of team Sales skills- essential to success Performance driven Pro-active Keen to learn Strong interpersonal skills Experience in real estate sales is a plus, but not essential Proficient prioritising and organisational skills Be able to work 5 out 7 days including Saturday IT skills A full, valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK

Full training Uncapped commission

Process:

1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate) 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation)
