What you can expect:

As a Sales Associate in our Hugo Boss store, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.




Deliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base. Gather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information. Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs. Handle transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism. Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills. Support operations for loss prevention and stock management. Utilise business systems and latest technology effectively.
Drive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.

Your profile:

Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment Passionate in leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge Willingness to constantly learn & develop Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal Experience in networking & building relationships
