We are looking for a part-time sales associate to join our team at the London Soho store!
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
Our Sales Associates are responsible for excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards, and driving performance goals set for our store in cooperation with the Store Manager. Prior sales experience in retail is preferred.
The new Sales Associate should be able to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our London community and aiming to contribute to the team's overall performance and values.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Sales Associates are responsible for excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards, and driving performance goals set for our store in cooperation with the management team. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Positive energy and approach to customers and the brand.
  • To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company's expectations.
  • An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.
  • To continuously build and maintain customer relationships-our customers are our community!
  • To know your city and the social movements within it. To use this information as a tool during the customer service ceremony.
  • To be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them. Developing sales strategies and driving business growth.
  • Work in and promote a team-oriented environment that can have fun whilst remaining professional
ARE YOU THE ONE?
We seek someone with most of the following:
  • Prior sales experience in retail.
  • Sales experience with high-end retail brands is an advantage.
  • Strong selling techniques and excellent customer service skills.
  • Passionate about fashion.
  • Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, can work productively and take initiative.
  • Works well with others and is a good team player.
  • Great communication skills with a social personality.
  • Have a humble approach and contribute to a good team spirit.
  • Be open to new things and receptive to constant development.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs.
