Job Description

Responsibilities
In this function, you will be responsible for performing sales analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting for a wide range of brands, to improve the overall sales productivity for our different brands in the UK. Bringing improvements and automation to the analytical and operational tasks will be key to enabling a better and faster decision process along all lines of this business.
In this role, your main missions will be:
AnalyticsDevelop quantitative analysis to drive product and business decisions Develop sales and market intelligence by collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and market data, such as sell-in or sell-out Analyze large data sets, give meaning to numbers, identify issues and opportunities and make recommendations Consolidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting Provide sell-in/sell-out/availability analysis on a regular basis Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs Provide ad-hoc analysis to support the decision-making process Design and implement KPIs, Dashboards and reports

PlanningCreate and monitor finished goods forecasts Consolidate, analyze, and propose quarterly launch orders Help define the assortments based on the performance and brands direction Categorize the SKUs based on importance Analyze and maintain the assortment dashboards Follow up on core collection availability and provide related solutions

OperationsImprove and standardize business processes and implement best practices Analyze and optimize the aspects of the business that improve the flow of goods Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term goals

Skills and ExperienceYou have some experience dealing with data and are eager to continue the analytical journey alongside a dynamic, passionate and highly engaged team Strong knowledge of Excel, familiar with SAP, BI and Power BI You have completed university studies preferably in Business, Economics or related fields Desire to work in an international environment Numerate, precise, and structured, you possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Dynamic, enthusiastic, you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, and you able to multitask and work within deadlines. Agile and team player, you have excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, you know how to easily interact with different functions - internally or externally.
