We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, business development and general business management This role is pivotal in supporting as well as driving our sales strategy, managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
The Sales Lead will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients through account management and customer service excellence.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and lead generation initiatives.
Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
Engage in direct sales activities including cold calling and territory management to expand customer base.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience & Results in sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential.
Strong management skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
Demonstrated ability in lead generation, upselling, and territory sales management.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess market conditions and develop strategic responses.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to conduct product demos effectively and communicate technical information clearly.
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is mandatory.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
