Role Overview:



As a

Sales & Business Customer Service Assistant

, you will build strong business connections while supporting the growth of our customer base. The role involves guiding clients through our services, promoting solutions that fit their needs, and ensuring they receive a smooth, personalised experience. You will contribute to expanding brand presence through hands-on engagement and relationship-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as a trusted point of contact for business clients, offering tailored support and product guidance. Engage with clients through direct interactions, helping them understand available services and recommending options that support their goals. Represent the brand in client-facing environments, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and service features. Support outreach initiatives by helping prepare materials, coordinating activities, and ensuring consistent messaging across customer touchpoints. Assist the sales team by identifying potential leads during client conversations and nurturing ongoing relationships. Maintain accurate records of client needs, preferences, and follow-up actions. Provide on-the-ground support during client meetings, events, or activities that strengthen community and business relationships. Address client concerns with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and sustainable long-term partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with confidence in client-facing situations. Natural relationship-builder with a proactive approach to promoting products and services. Ability to recognise opportunities to introduce additional solutions that benefit the client. Experience supporting customer-facing or sales-related activities. Organised, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with clients in a variety of settings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,420.00-27,100.00 per year
