We are looking for a Sales & Business Customer Service Assistant who is intentionally seeking progression and wants to develop strong client facing and commercial skills within a structured environment.
This role is suited to someone who values ownership, relationship building, and learning through execution. It is not a purely reactive customer service role. You will be involved in meaningful client interactions and business conversations, with responsibility and trust given early.
The Role
You will support the development and management of business relationships while working closely with sales and operations teams. The focus is on understanding how customer experience, sales support, and relationship management contribute to sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted point of contact for business clients, providing tailored and professional support
Guide clients through available services and recommend solutions aligned with their goals
Represent the brand confidently in client facing environments
Support outreach and engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence
Identify potential opportunities during client conversations and support lead development
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and follow up actions
Provide on the ground support during client meetings, events, and relationship building activities
Address client enquiries with a focus on long term satisfaction and retention
