About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and account managers while driving growth in the UK solicitor and conveyancing market. You'll sell our SDLT tax software, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and manage a team of sales staff and account managers to meet targets.
Drive new business by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Present and demo our SDLT tax software to solicitors and decision makers.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.
Provide market feedback to support product development and marketing efforts.
Skills & Experience
Proven B2B sales experience in selling solutions to Solicitors.
Prior team leadership and performance management experience is advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
What We Offer
Base salary of 50,000 - 75,000 with a relasitic OTE of over 100,000.
Leadership role with scope to shape and grow the sales function.
