This is a hybrid role, in office 3 days per week, 2 days from home.

Office Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

Salary:

45,000 per annum + Commission (OTE 55,000)

Business Development Manager

to help us take things to the next level.

About the Role




You'll play a key role in expanding our membership and accreditation services both in the UK and internationally. You'll be working alongside a supportive sales and marketing team, and will take ownership of the full sales cycle -- from generating new leads to closing deals and building long-term relationships.


This role is perfect for someone who loves the chase, is solution-focused, and is eager to be part of an ambitious, growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing



Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and follow-up Nurture and convert warm inbound leads Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation Analyse the market, spot opportunities, and report on trends Manage client subscriptions and ensure timely membership payments Hit (and exceed!) your sales targets

What You'll Bring



3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development A track record of meeting or exceeding targets Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, go-getter attitude Strong negotiation and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Confident working independently, but a true team player Attention to detail and strong time management
