Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Salesforce and CRM software, enabling them to manage client interactions effectively and streamline processes.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts. Filling up diary with appointments to visit customers and finding new business on the road. Cold calling experience to find new business and sell our products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within Salesforce or other CRM software. Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Metal's and Laser cutting industry. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Full UK Driving License required for customer site visits. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events. Pay: 30,000.00-100,000.00 per year
