Sales & Client Advisor - Beauty & Aesthetic Studio (Astrabody Chandler's Ford)

Astrabody is a modern beauty and body aesthetic studio offering innovative, non-surgical body transformation treatments such as InfraBike, SupraSculpt, Fat Freezing 360 and Diode Laser Hair Removal. We help clients achieve visible results quickly, safely and comfortably, using the latest hands-free technologies.

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Sales & Client Advisor to join our team in Chandler's Ford. You'll be the face of Astrabody - welcoming clients, presenting our treatments and guiding them through their body transformation journey. Your mission is to help clients choose the best packages and grow the studio's sales performance.

You'll receive full training on all our treatments and be given a dedicated phone and WhatsApp Business line to contact, follow up and convert leads into members.

Your role includes: welcoming clients, explaining our services, recommending the right packs, following up after trial sessions to convert clients, making phone and WhatsApp follow-ups, setting clients up in the machines (hands-free, no experience needed), and ensuring a professional and friendly studio atmosphere.

We're looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, great communication skills, and confidence in closing deals. You should be proactive, positive, and motivated by results. No previous beauty or fitness experience required - full training provided.

Base pay:

National Minimum Wage

Commission:

10% on every pack sold

Tools provided:

Company phone line for client calls and follow-ups

Earnings potential:

500-1,000 extra per month in commission (realistic OTE)

Schedule:

Flexible hours - part-time or full-time
