What You'll Do

Spend your day on the phone, closing new instructions. Build relationships with estate agents and clients who are already warm leads. Hit targets, celebrate wins, repeat.

What We're Looking For

Confident on the phone and love persuading people. Resilient - you thrive on targets and don't quit after a no. Hungry - you want recognition, rewards, and success. Sales experience is great (estate agency or telesales), but attitude and desire to learn beats background.
