Sales Coach

. You'll be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating our salespeople to reach their full potential and achieve business targets.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes. Provide 1:1 and group coaching to strengthen skills and confidence. Monitor performance, analyse metrics, and deliver actionable feedback. Support leadership in developing sales strategies aligned with business goals. Help set realistic, achievable targets and guide the team towards success. Run role-play sessions to sharpen objection handling and communication. Foster a motivated, supportive, and competitive team culture.

What We're Looking For

Experience

: 2+ years in sales or sales coaching with proven success.

Sales Expertise

: Strong grasp of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.

Coaching Mindset

: Inspirational communicator with the ability to influence and build confidence.
