We're growing fast -- and we need a smart, confident closer to lead our concierge calls and build powerful B2B partnerships that fuel the next stage of growth.

What You'll Do:

Concierge Calls & Customer Service

Handle incoming customer requests and find the right supplier fast Call vetted trades and pros, confirm they're available, and connect the dots Deliver standout customer service over phone, email and WhatsApp Track all enquiries clearly and efficiently

Sales & Partnerships

Reach out to estate agents, assistants, offices and local organisations Pitch our service as a no-cost add-on -- and close the deal Build and manage long-term referral partnerships Represent gittgo with charisma and confidence

Directory & Supplier Network

Find and vet new suppliers using Google, Checkatrade, AI tools etc Keep everything clean, organised and up to date

You Are:

A natural closer-- confident on the phone, sharp with your words, persuasive without being pushy Great with people -- you make a strong impression and build rapport fast Smart and switched-on -- you get things done, solve problems, and stay on top of everything Hungry for results -- you like targets and know how to beat them

Experience We Need:

Proven sales or business development success (you can close) Strong phone-based customer service or concierge experience Experience working to clear performance targets and hitting them Bonus: you've worked in property, recruitment, or B2B sales

Perks:

26K-32K base depending on experience OTE 75K+ for top performers Full-time, in-office role (Highbury & Islington) Clear path to progress in a fast-growing business
