Sierra Six Media is a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Billericay, Essex. We specialise in SEO, PPC, and website design services, helping businesses optimise their online presence. We're looking to expand our team and are seeking a Business Development / Sales Specialist to help drive new business and assist our Director, Jade Bartholomew, in securing new clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in sales while learning about SEO and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Cold outreach, identifying and targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to generate new business opportunities.
Booking Meetings: Arrange introductory and follow-up meetings for our Director, Jade, with prospective clients.
Sales Support: Assist in creating tailored presentations and proposals for clients.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system from initial contact to ongoing follow-up.
SEO Learning & Sales: Collaborate with our SEO team to understand our services and confidently sell SEO, PPC, and website solutions.
Outbound Outreach: Develop targeted campaigns to scale lead generation for SEO.
Re-engagement Campaigns: Use our CRM to re-engage past leads through personalised email campaigns.
Demo Delivery: Conduct demos, particularly focusing on digital marketing services.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in Digital Marketing Sales: Previous sales experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, or websites, is preferred but not essential.
B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales in a B2B environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organisation & Initiative: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Eager to Learn: Willingness to dive deep into SEO and digital marketing.
Team Player: Collaboration is essential; we work together to achieve success.
Motivated by Growth: Driven to support Sierra Six Media's growth through lead generation and sales opportunities.
What We Offer
Salary:
30k-40k with performance-based commission
Commission Structure:
2.5% on gross revenue up to 3,000 per account.
5% on gross revenue above 3,000 per account.
Additional 5% on the first month's value for accounts secured on a 12-month contract.
Performance-based pay: OTE of 50k in Year 1.
