Job Description

As a full-time sales consultant, you will play a vital role in our ongoing success by matching potential buyers with property, agreeing sales, liaising with solicitors, surveyors etc. to ensure agreed sales proceed to completion.

Job Responsibilities:



Arrange property viewings and register potential buyers and answering any queries they may have. Be able to deal with applicants professionally and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Book market appraisals for the office. Have a great telephone manner and a have a good level of confidence when speaking to customers. Have a strong customer focus and be a good team player. You must be able to work well under pressure and enjoy working in a busy office.

Requirements:



Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Exceptional customer service. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of Bury St. Edmunds and surrounding areas would be preferred. Proficiency in using computers, relevant software systems. A valid driver's licence. Preferably to have experience within the estate agency industry but not essential.

Monday - Friday 9-5.30
Saturdays (1 in 4) 9-1

Salary

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
