What you'll be doing:

Responding to enquiries from potential buyers and sellers, offering outstanding customer service. Arranging and conducting property viewings, showcasing homes with enthusiasm and professionalism. Booking valuations for our Sales Valuers and ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales to help clients take the next step in their property journey.

What we're looking for:

A passion for property and delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication and people skills - you're great at building relationships! A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage a busy workload. Local knowledge of Chelmsford and the surrounding area is a plus.
