Are you looking for a varied role which offers a combination of client contact and administration? We are recruiting for a confident and professional individual to work for a well-established company based in their customer-focused office in Borehamwood. Full training will be given, you will need to have an outgoing personality, enjoy a varied role speaking with customers, as well as having excellent IT skills.

This is an office based role Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

Holiday Pay

We offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays with an additional 1 days holiday for each year of service.

Responsibilities include:

Generating leads, and making outbound calls & on boarding new clients

Lead generation of potential new clients via our internal database or other means

Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts

Develop continuing relationships with existing customers with an aim to increase their monthly spend

As well as attain new business it is key that we retain clients and offer excellent client relationship management, ensuring that all client`s expectations and requirements are exceeded.

You will have:

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Computer literate, including MS Excel

Excellent organisational skills

A willing and flexible attitude

Pay:

Salary is 25,000 - 53,000 depending on experience + commissions. If you hit your target you will earn 37,500 as a minimum. Earnings can be much, much higher.

Commission is paid over a 12 month period from 10% on turnover spend, which is uncapped
