Due to retirement, we are seeking a

Display Site Sales Manager

to have joint responsibility for our display site based at The Greenhouse People, Bridgemere Garden Centre,
Near Nantwich, CW5 7QB - one of our 30+ UK display sites.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for driving sales but also ensuring the site looks visually appealing and well-maintained. If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for delivering outstanding customer service, when achieving a sales, this could be your perfect role!

You will:

sell our full range of high-quality

greenhouses and garden buildings

direct to customers use your passion for customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience to help customers purchase THEIR perfect building - yes, you really can help dreams come true! take pride in the display site - ensure that the site and buildings are well maintained and look their best. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required - amongst other things, there is a lot of glass to clean! use IT systems with confidence have a high standard of spoken and written English, to communicate professionally and effectively - face-to-face, on the telephone and via email normally work a five day out of seven rota, involving every second weekend (0900-1700 Monday-Saturday, 1030 - 1630 Sunday) work with the other Display Site Sales Manager or on your own - self-motivation is a must. No people management required

In return for being the face of The Greenhouse People you will receive:

a full-time starting salary of 27 500 increasing to 29 800

after 7-12 months, performance dependent

uncapped commission

- typically a minimum of 5 000 per annum the opportunity to
