Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal/ Ladies Couture Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to brides-to-be, mothers of and Prom guiding them through the process of selecting their perfect wedding attire. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique visions will be key in creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a flair for merchandising.

Responsibilities

Assist in selecting dresses and accessories that align with their style and preferences. Provide knowledgeable advice on current trends, fabrics, and styles to enhance the client experience. Maintain an organised inventory of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring the showroom is visually appealing. Utilise effective upselling techniques to promote additional products and services. Manage appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette. Foster a welcoming environment for clients by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for every bride.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, particularly in a bridal or fashion setting. Multilingual or bilingual abilities, especially in English and Spanish, are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately. Excellent time management skills to ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently. Proven organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
