First point of contact for prospective land investors. Qualify leads, understand investment goals, and then pass onto an AI chatbot. Communicate via phone, email, and online channels. Maintain CRM records and liaise with senior sales consultants.

Ideal for Someone Who:

Has strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner. Comes from a sales or customer service background (real estate/investment preferred). Is comfortable discussing financial matters.

Growth Path:

Learn directly from the company owner about land investing. Progress into a full sales role managing end-to-end investment processes.

Package:

27,000 basic rising to 50,000 after successful completion of probabtionary period + 50 bonus for each successful lead generated. 20 days holiday + bank holidays Pension (3% employee / 5% employer) Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week
