About the Role

We are looking for Sales Consultant to join our flagship Bow Lane store in London.

This part-time position is for 22.5 hours per week, working either three full days or closing shifts (7.5 hours per day, finishing at 7:00-7:30 pm), please only apply if you can match this requirement.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the store experience -- welcoming customers, offering styling advice, and ensuring the shop floor reflects T.M. Lewin's high standards. This is an exciting chance to be part of the relaunch of an iconic British menswear brand on the high street.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Deliver warm, professional service that reflects T.M. Lewin's heritage brand values Provide tailored styling and product recommendations to suit each customer Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently

Sales & Product Expertise

Work towards individual sales goals while contributing to team targets Build strong product knowledge on our fabrics, fits, and tailoring services (full training provided) Introduce customers to loyalty programmes and additional services

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-presented store environment Support seasonal changes, promotional displays, and floor moves Monitor stock levels and ensure bestsellers are always available

Store Operations

Assist with opening, closing, and general store routines as required Support stockroom organisation, deliveries, and stock counts Follow all company guidelines, including health and safety policies

What We're Looking For

Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or customer service Enthusiastic about fashion, tailoring, and premium customer experiences Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable and flexible -- able to cover weekends and varied shifts Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
