The Role

We're seeking an experienced

Sales Consultant

to handle inbound and outbound enquiries via calls and emails. This is a consultative role--you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solutions tailored to their home.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Prepare quotations and follow up professionally. Use CRM to manage leads, pipeline, and communications. Work closely with the technical team to ensure feasibility. Contribute to monthly sales targets with a consultative, non-pushy approach.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, ideally in joinery, timber windows/doors, or acoustic products. Clear and approachable communication style. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. Organised, with strong CRM/email handling skills.
