BRIDAL CONSULTANT

We are seeking a full-time and part-time assistant to join our highly regarded team at the West Bromwich branch.

ABOUT US
As a leading off-the-peg bridal wear retailer, we aim to offer a premium, luxury product at an affordable price, accompanied by an exceptional level of customer service. Our wedding dresses are a fraction of the usual retail price, without compromising on quality. We have some incredibly detailed, stunning gowns in luxurious fabrics, offering great value for money. We work very differently from a typical bridal boutique, as our brides and prom girls can take their gowns away on the same day if they wish.

THE JOB ROLE
The successful candidate will be expected to provide an exceptional level of store and customer focus, offering outstanding service to every customer from their first prom to their wedding. Duties include providing assistance to our bridal consultants and customers, maintaining a tidy store at all times, handling dresses, processing transactions at the till, and performing administrative duties. You will be asked to keep the store's outlook, as we take great pride in the quality of our stock and its visual presentation. You will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and thoroughly enjoyable experience for our customers while building a great rapport and trust with our clients. We are seeking the perfect fit to complement our exceptional team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.......
The right candidate will possess the following skills, attributes, and experience: a retail background, although not essential, would be a bonus; preferably within the women's wear sector, although this is not a necessity. Enthusiasm and a keen sense to succeed. Keen interest in fashion, particularly the women's wear market, and all things bridal! You will have an eye for detail, and strong communication skills are a major asset to the role. You will be flexible with a 'can-do' attitude, polite, approachable, and well-presented at all times. Ability to present yourself in a professional manner, accurately, and on time. Manage and record stock on a day-to-day basis. To succeed, you will need to be highly self-motivated and proactive in all areas of maintaining our successful brand. The job will involve lifting moderately heavy stock.

HOURS
Please note that this role includes working on Saturdays and Sundays_
