Summary
Elite Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key administrative and coordination tasks within the sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial survey to successful installation. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and operations teams. Your contributions will help us continue our mission of improving energy efficiency across the UK.
Responsibilities
Booking survey appointments with customers.
Organizing and managing the surveyor's diary.
Booking installation appointments with customers once work has been approved.
Performing general administrative duties to support the sales process.
Updating internal CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in plumbing, heating, renewable's & insulation would be desirable.
Annual salary for this role is 27,295, dependent on experience, paid PAYE monthly, with 30 days holiday (including bank), long-service holiday incentives and our pension scheme.
This role will be office based, full time 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with 30 minute lunch.
Flexibility towards the business needs is required along with Saturday working, on a rota basis (one in three), paid as overtime.
