Strawberry Home is a growing premium windows and doors company. We are recruiting experienced sales closers to sell high-ticket home improvement products over the phone and online.
This role is 100% sales closing.
There is no appointment booking and no order taking.
You will take qualified inbound enquiries and close the sale end-to-end.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
Handling warm inbound homeowner enquiries
Leading the full sales conversation remotely
Overcoming objections around price, timing and trust
Closing deals on the call or via structured follow-up
Selling value, not discounts
Updating outcomes accurately in the CRM
If you are not comfortable asking for the sale, this role is not suitable.

30,000-100,000 OTE

Requirements
You must have:
Proven closing experience
Strong objection-handling skills
Confidence running calls without scripts
A self-employed mindset (no micromanagement)
Reliable phone, internet and quiet workspace
Experience in windows, doors or home improvements is a strong advantage, but strong closers from other high-ticket sectors will be considered.
