Job Description

This is a dynamic placement opportunity designed to equip you with real-world experience in business operations, customer service, and sales support. You'll be working closely with both local and international teams, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide variety of tasks across departments such as sales, customer support, administration, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with a diverse range of clients, from individuals to large corporations, both in the UK and overseas Develop interpersonal and professional communication skills by responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions Assist in preparing customer quotations using internal pricing tools and product knowledge based on customer requirements Enter and manage customer enquiries and orders in the company's ERP system, keeping detailed records and tracking follow-ups Support project coordination by liaising with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth installation and service delivery Contribute to marketing activities such as updating website content, managing Google Ads, and supporting social media campaigns Build foundational IT and technical skills while helping customers with basic product or system support

Requirements

Aged 16 or over Living in England Not in full-time education

Basic computer literacy Strong written and verbal English Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks under pressure Keen attention to detail Team player with a problem-solving mindset Clear and professional phone manner Additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus but not required
