Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Sales and Content Creator Manager to join our vibrant nightclub team. This role combines high-energy sales expertise with creative content production to drive revenue through VIP experiences and enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment, excels at building relationships, and has a knack for crafting engaging social media content. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule focused on key days: Mondays for sales initiatives, Tuesdays for content creation, and weekends for on-site support and asset capture.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Focus (Mondays):

Lead efforts to drive VIP table sales by identifying potential clients, executing targeted outreach via phone, email, and social media, and closing deals to maximize bookings and revenue. Develop promotional strategies, track sales metrics, and collaborate with the management team to optimize VIP offerings.

Content Creation Focus (Tuesdays):

Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content for TikTok and other social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). This includes scripting short-form videos, editing footage, incorporating trends, and optimizing posts for engagement and growth. Monitor analytics to refine content strategies and ensure alignment with the nightclub's brand voice.

Weekend Support:

Assist the VIP team during peak hours by supporting table reservations, guest interactions, and upselling opportunities to enhance the overall experience. Simultaneously, capture real-time content assets such as photos, videos, and stories from events, ensuring high-quality, authentic representations of the nightclub's atmosphere for future use in marketing.

General Duties:

Manage a content calendar to integrate sales promotions with engaging posts. Analyse performance data from both sales and social media efforts to inform future strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align initiatives. Stay updated on nightlife trends, social media algorithms, and sales techniques. Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed, including event planning support and crisis management during busy nights.

Qualifications and Skills



Experience:

2+ years in sales, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or event management. Proven track record in content creation for social media, with a portfolio showcasing TikTok videos and other platform content.

Skills:

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and social media platforms, especially TikTok. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and storytelling. Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.

Personal Attributes:

Energetic, outgoing, and adaptable to the high-energy nightclub environment. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about nightlife culture.

We are open every Friday and Saturday from 10pm-4am.

Your working week would be Monday & Tuesdays 11am -4pm, Fridays & Saturdays 9.30pm-3am

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
