Job Purpose



This is a unique and hybrid role that blends creativity, technical know-how, and strategic thinking. The Sales Content Creator will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing sales-focused content that not only supports business development efforts but also enhances our digital presence and SEO performance. This role requires a rare combination of design expertise, digital tools proficiency, and a strong understanding of both content marketing and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Enablement Content:

Design and develop high-impact product sheets, brochures, presentations, and case studies tailored for client acquisition and sales conversion
Client-Facing Materials:

Create clear, compelling sales assets (emails, pitch decks, proposals) that communicate NGS' value proposition and build client trust.
Digital Content Creation & Platform Management:

Maintain and update WordPress content pages as needed to support marketing campaigns and SEO performance. Use CSS and design best practices to enhance page functionality and visual appeal. Design materials using Canva and other tools to ensure brand consistency and visual impact. Support basic video editing needs for product or testimonial videos to support sales campaigns.
Content Scheduling and Management:

Use content scheduling and planning software to coordinate campaigns and ensure timely delivery of sales materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to publish and schedule outbound content on platforms like LinkedIn.
SEO and Web Content Optimisation:

Apply SEO best practices in written and web content to support search engine ranking and online visibility. Collaborate on keyword strategy and implement on-page SEO improvements
Content Quality Control:

Act as the final checkpoint for accuracy, clarity, brand voice, and formatting across all sales content.
Sales Tools and Template Creation:

Develop scalable templates for sales collateral (battle cards, one-pagers, etc.) that can be personalised by the sales team.
Performance Feedback and Analysis:

Monitor engagement metrics and feedback from the field to refine and improve content performance.

Key Skills & Technical Proficiency



Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills in English. Hands-on expertise with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite). Working knowledge of WordPress and basic CSS. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Wincher, Yoast, Google Search Console). Video editing (basic level - e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Video, or similar). Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g. Loomly). High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Background



2-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, digital sales enablement, or a similar hybrid content/design role. Experience working across departments (sales, marketing, design) in a collaborative, global environment. Proven ability to manage multiple content types across channels while maintaining quality and consistency.
