The Opportunity

Are you passionate about high-end design, sales, and creating captivating visual content? Sonic Stone is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative & Content Creator to drive sales from our Weybridge showroom while developing engaging digital content for our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Showroom Support Provide excellent showroom sales support, ideally with a keen interest in natural stone and the furniture industry. Greet and engage customers professionally, aiming to secure sales and build lasting relationships. Offer helpful assistance to customers, handling inquiries with knowledge and courtesy. Efficiently process orders, prepare quotes, and manage sales administration, including stock entry, invoicing, and delivery notes. Maintain the showroom to high standards, ensuring displays are pristine and samples are well-managed. Monitor product performance and stock levels. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain strong commercial awareness. Content Creation & Digital Marketing Develop and create engaging visual content (primarily graphics) for our company website and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook). Design content that highlights our luxury products, bespoke services, and completed projects, aligning with our brand's aesthetic. Work with the team to identify content opportunities and plan a content calendar. Ensure all digital content is consistent with brand guidelines and visually appealing.

What We're Looking For

Some experience in showroom sales, particularly in the natural stone or luxury interiors industry, is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. An interest in and some experience with creating social media posts and graphic content, especially for brands with a focus on aesthetics. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and content creation. We're looking for someone who can grow their skills with us. A good understanding of natural stone products, finishes, and applications, or a strong desire to learn quickly. Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retail clients, designers, architects, and contractors. An aptitude for negotiation and closing sales effectively. Highly organized, punctual, and reliable with good time management skills. Capable in sales administration, including quoting, order processing, stock management, and invoicing. Ability to maintain an immaculate showroom environment that reflects our brand standards. Eagerness to stay current with industry trends in both design and digital marketing. Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM software, or quick to pick up new systems. Flexibility to work some weekends or extended hours as required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability and occasional overtime.
