We're seeking talented salespeople to assist Management in looking after our Sales team - the driving force behind our business. Sales Controllers should be maximizing profitability per unit sales, exploring sales opportunities and overseeing all sales enquiries for the designated site.

Responsibilities:
To report directly to the Management and oversee the sales operation
To second face customer to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
Assist with the operational aspect of yard for the sale of used cars
Help to direct and motivate the sales team whilst remaining a key member of it
Implement effective sales plans
Advise customers of finance and insurance products and services
Monitor payments and manage Finance agreements
Work to meet and exceed sales targets
Ensure the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer
Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Take customers out for test drives, demonstrating mature and respectable behaviour and adhering to all road/traffic laws
Build relationships with customers with a view to anticipating future business and strengthening the Company's reputation within the marketplace
Lead by example and inspire your team to achieve outstanding sales results whilst delivering exceptional customer service
Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect
Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Conduct
Essential skills:
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence - Any job offer that requires driving company vehicles is subject to a DVLA check, and applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not meet our insurance requirements and therefore may not be eligible for employment.
Effective team leader or management skills
Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
Determination and resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection
Self-motivation and drive
Team player
Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
Literate, numerate and proficient computer skills
A good head for figures and understanding of personal finance issues
