Sales Controller/Business Manager

Murray Hyundai has an opportunity for a Sales Controller/ Business Manager within our Crownhill Retailer. We are looking for a customer focused individual with previous Sales experience with a demonstrable track record in providing excellent finance support to their Sales team.

The role requires you to:

Maximise sales opportunities via the provision of information and face to face advice to customers in respect of finance, insurance and maintenance packages

Ensure compliance with all FCA regulations

Work closely with the sales team, particularly around closing and securing sales

Carry out deposit and balance transactions with customers at point of sale and handover

Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively

Support the Sales Manager, providing cover were required

You are likely to be:

Customer focused and have excellent verbal communication skills

Committed to working as part of a team and have the ability to coach best practise

Numerate, with a focus on accuracy and experienced in finance, insurance, banking or motor vehicles sales

Experienced in carrying out internal company reporting and sufficiently IT literate

Able to commit to a retail work pattern of 40 hours per week based over a 6 day week between Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,537.02-66,847.37 per year
