We have an exciting opportunity for a
Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our customer base, ensuring smooth processing of sales orders, and delivering excellent after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships
Process sales orders accurately using our integrated WMS system
Provide product and service information to customers, offering suitable solutions
Ensure timely processing and delivery of sales orders
Deliver efficient and satisfactory after-sales support
Accurately input data from incoming sales
Proactively contact customers to resolve issues, promote product range, and increase sales
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive and customer-focused mindset
Previous industry experience is a plus but not essential

Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00)
