We are partnering with a successful local FMCG company based in Belfast , to recruit a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team. The role is permanent and there is a hybrid working model.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide the sales and administrative support for external customers. Strong administrative skills and customer service are required for the Sales Coordinator role.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:
Dealing with external and internal stakeholders
Managing account-related tasks, including promotional nominations, price file management, NLF completion, promotional tracking, and supporting range reviews and customer meetings.
Responding promptly to customer queries and building proactive relationships with administration and replenishment teams.
Ensuring adherence to processes around promotions, accruals, and pricing.
Supporting projects for smooth execution and providing feedback on account performance.
Handling customer service queries and complaints.
Liaising with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure KPI achievement and smooth information flow.
Working with Finance to ensure compliance with procedures.
What you need to have for the Sales Coordinator role:
At least 1 years' experience in a similar role or experience of supporting commercial teams
High level of IT - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience working with CRM Systems
Experience with Salesforce would be an advantage
Understanding the basics of business planning
Supporting commercial decisions with an administrative insight
Keeping track of key business details
Assisting with planning and coordination of proposals
Providing reliable admin support for business plans
