Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to join our well-established admin team.

Reporting to the SHEQ Compliance Manager UK they would be responsible for the following duties:
Creating and processing invoicing
Processing quotations and reviewing content
Processing completed jobs
Processing purchase orders
Purchase Ledger data entry
Contract renewals
Facilitate contracts
Informing BDMs of potential quotes
Using Sage, CRM and an in-house system, Watermanage
Answering phone calls
Liaising with clients
Actioning company email inboxes
Supporting Contracts Manager
Setting up Suppliers
Dealing with incoming queries
Generating reports
Completing work in accordance to documented procedures
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts is Essential
This is a full-time position subject to a 6-month probationary period and in return the company is offering the following:
20-days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (Rising by 1 day per full calendar year to a max of 25)
