Sales Coordinator

APP want to strengthen its internal sales team in our Lisburn office by recruiting a sales coordinator. Our sales team manage a broad spectrum of enquiries, with varying levels of technical involvement, and it is the more technically involved enquiries where we want to strengthen our team.

APP have always prided themselves on our strength and depth of product knowledge inherent throughout the business and it is this expertise that has kept customers returning year after year.

APP are now proactively looking to ensure the next generation of employees are in place to maintain the highest level of service to its customers.

APP would like to recruit a driven and committed sales individual to fulfil this role. The successful candidate would be assisted by the current team members to understand and become acquainted with the company systems

Roles & Responsibilities



Work effectively within an existing and dynamic sales team Receiving and processing orders from customers Ensuring that orders are processed in line with specification, accurately, to a high standard, in the agreed format and to agreed timescales Process purchase orders and check with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of orders Ensure that all customer quotations are followed up efficiently in order to convert into future orders Develop and maintain customer relationships Compiling & updating sales databases Providing leads and quotation updates to support sales team Deal with after sales concerns and customer queries Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying, printing.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience



Civil Engineering or construction sales preferred but not essential. Minimum of 2 years previous experience within a Business Development / Internal Sales / B2B Sales environment Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Self-starter - ability to manage own workload Someone with a 'what next' attitude Excellent IT skills, experience of utilising Microsoft packages Communication and presentational skills Flexibility and willingness to undertake new responsibilities Attention to detail Someone who is keen to learn and develop and is always trying to get the best out of themselves
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
