Position Overview



We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for luxury joinery. You'll support our sales team and help manage client relationships, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Qualify and process incoming sales enquiries Respond to requests for additional products and information Prepare and return estimates on behalf of the sales team Handle inbound calls and client communications Schedule appointments and manage diaries for field-based sales staff Identify new project opportunities and leads Process customer orders and coordinate handover to production

Required Skills and Qualifications



Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in IT systems and relevant software (e.g., CRM, Excel) Previous experience in sales coordination or sales administration is essential
