The Role

We're looking for a proactive

Sales Coordinator

to join our team in a dual-role position that combines customer service and hands-on support in our warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and has a strong customer-focused approach. In this role, you'll handle customer enquiries, process orders, provide product guidance, and assist with warehouse coordination to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person in our showroom Offer product advice and help customers choose suitable options Prepare quotes and process sales orders within set deadlines Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and sales software (Salesforce experience is a plus) Promote products and generate leads via social media and other channels Arrange customer payments and coordinate delivery schedules Work closely with the Operations and Warehouse Managers to ensure smooth order fulfilment

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience, ideally in decking, building materials, or related industries Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment Motivated, organised, and eager to learn
Full product and software training will be provided.
