Providing administration support to the JLR Fleet Sales team, the successful candidate will be part of a well-established and exciting project. As a person you will have a 'can do' attitude and solid organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for the end to end sales administration process which include:
Answering enquiries, generating quotes and orders.
Following up on the manufacturing process, ensuring vehicles are delivered to the retailers within the requested time and with accurate specifications
Analysis and reporting of large amounts of customer data using Excel
Following up through the registration process to vehicle delivery
Updating the database with changes to customer details / actions / order progress etc.
Ensuring customer files are managed and organised effectively
Processing retailer handling invoices, raising invoices, tracking payment
Liaison with the retailers, contract hire and leasing companies, end customers and other departments within the company
Preparing reports for internal use and for customers/retailers
Liaising with planning, order and delivery teams to facilitate deliveries
Updating the database with changes, actions, order progress and future tasks
Collaborating with customer support teams to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
Managing customer and stakeholder expectations
Adhering to relevant legislation and compliance regulations
What are we looking for?
Highly skilled administrator, with a keen eye for detail
Retailer/sales experience, ideally but not essential within an automotive environment
Organised, self-motivated candidates with a strong sense of personal accountability
Great communicator - you should be comfortable interacting with a wide range of people including customers, retailers and leasing companies
Adaptable who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
A candidate with a rock-solid work ethic
Diligent and process driven candidates with a desire to delight customers
* Direct fleet automotive experience preferred, but not essential
