QIC Trims is a growing UK manufacturer supplying high-quality aluminium products to the construction industry. With new product launches and continued investment across the business, it is an exciting time to join the team.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team. This is a key role at the heart of our sales operation, supporting customers, solving problems, and helping projects run smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

What you will do

Be a first point of contact for customers, providing quick, helpful responses across email and phone. Process orders in Progress Plus (full training provided). Track deliveries, update customers, and keep projects moving. Work closely with Production to confirm lead times and manage special orders. Prepare pricing for quotations and support the sales team. Monitor order progress, update dispatch dates, and communicate any changes. Solve problems around credit limits, deliveries, or queries by coordinating with internal teams. Carry out general admin to support the smooth running of the sales office.

What you will bring

Strong communication skills and a natural desire to help customers. Good organisation and attention to detail. Confidence using IT systems (Progress Plus training provided). A positive, solution-driven attitude. Ability to manage your own workload and support the wider team. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00

Who you will work with

You will be part of a supportive Sales Office team and work closely with Production, Logistics, Accounts, and our External Sales team. You will also have daily contact with customers and courier partners.
