Castle Fine Arts Foundry is one of the UK's leading art foundries creating sculptures that can be found right across the globe; from small gallery pieces to monumental works the size of a house. Our work includes the Diana, Princess of Wales sculpture in Kensington Gardens, Wallace and Gromit in Preston and The Beatles statue on the waterfront in Liverpool.
We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to our continued growth. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, however, full training will be given and we would therefore be prepared to consider this as a trainee position for the right candidate.
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing the sales process, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, customer inquires, and manage client communications.
Sales Process Management:
Ensure efficient and accurate order processing, contract preparation and data entry.
Coordination:
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Customer Facing:
In this role you will be dealing with customers by emails, phone calls and face to face
Key Responsibilities:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Act as a main point of contact for clients, addressing inquires, processing orders and resolving issues.
Manage and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A proactive and results driven attitude.
Experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
Key skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Experience in Sage would be adventitious.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
